CALIBRATION SERVICE FOR MULTIFUNCTION TESTERS
FLUKE - MEGGER - KEWTECH - DI-LOG
Our Service To You:

• All Calibrations are carried out on the latest Computer Linked Calibration software and equipment
ExpressCalibration
If you require an express calibration which means your tester will be calibrated the same day we receive your unit please select Option C. Alternatively we can also calibrate your tester while you wait.
We offer a variety of different levels for a variety of Multifunction's as follows:
SERVICE LEVEL 1 - CALIBRATION ONLY
Consists of carrying out a series of tests on your Multifunction Tester to determine the accuracy of the Tester. A full Calibration Certificate will be provided for 12 months for Testers that PASS these tests. Should your tester fail these tests we will advise you by phone or email and discuss any necessary repairs or rectification works required.
SERVICE 1A
- Call & Collect - You deliver & you collect from our premises.
SERVICE 1B
- Send & Deliver - You send to us - We calibrate and deliver back to you.
SERVICE 1C- Express with Send & Deliver

SERVICE LEVEL 2 - CALIBRATION & NEW TEST LEADS INCLUDED
Consists of a Calibration service as per service Level 1 PLUS new test leads including probes and clips as well as a new mains lead.

- Call & Collect - You deliver & you collect from our premises.
SERVICE 2B
- Send & Deliver - You send to us - We calibrate and deliver back to you.
SERVICE 2C- Express, New Leads & Send & Deliver

To get your meter calibrated simply follow these instructions:
1)
Choose the service level you require from the drop down menu at the top of this listing.
2)
Pay for your order using PayPal.
3)
Send us your tester by post.

4)
If you are posting your tester please fill out a calibration form and place this in your parcel.
(See main images, download and print out your calibration form and fill it in.)
5)
Please ensure you pack your tester safely and securely with adequate packaging and ensure all display screens are well protected from damage - we cannot be held responsible for any equipment that is received by us in a damaged condition due to poor packaging.
6)
Ensure all test leads are included with your tester unless you have opted for a service where we provide new test leads for you.
7)
Please enclose a printed copy of your eBay purchase receipt with your tester which clearly shows your name and address and provide a daytime telephone number or email address in case we need to contact you.
8) Once received your meter will then be calibrated and returned via DPD Next Working Day.
*We also provide calibration services for Multifunction and Single meters through other Ebay calibration listings.
*Please note: Products will not be covered by insurance if it is inadequately packaged.

We also provide PAT Training for all levels from novice to advanced as well as professional refresher courses. Testermans also offers a comprehensive Calibration service for a wide range of Multifunction and PAT Testers including additional electrical test equipment.

Return
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. We will fully refund the purchase price of any unwanted return, however return postage cost will not be refunded.
Any genuinely faulty items will be inspected and refunded if found faulty.
Any returns from within the UK must be returned via the ebay managed returns process. Simply find the item you wish to return from within the 'My ebay' section of your account and follow the returns process.
If the item is not as described in the listing then please follow the ebay managed returns process and we will refund/replace accordingly.
If you are buying from outside the UK please contact us via the ebay messaging service to arrange the return of the item.
