    Use this group for disassembly, assembly, testing and adjusting the sleeve metering fuel system.  Fuel setting is accomplished with these tools. These are metric tools and values for testing and adjusting are given in metric terms with the exception of torque values and pressures.
    As a result of changes and improvements in test and adjust procedures, the former 3P1550 Sleeve Metering Field Service Tool Group was converted to the 5P4203 S.M.F.S. Tool Group. Dealers should check the following list to determine what tools are required to convert their 3P1550 group to the 5P4203 Group. Some parts of the former 3P1550 Group are not longer needed, but a number of items should be retained in case of the need for dynamic checking of sleeve shaft movement. Special Instruction Form SMHS7013 covers the new procedures for the 5P4203 Group.
