C167547 Westar T-Drive LCD Tester w/ T1164 QTERM-II Operator Interface Terminal

Description

This lot includes a Westar T-Drive LCD Tester with a model T1164 QTERM-II Operator Interface Terminal, as shown.
These items look to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some minor signs of wear.
They power up, as shown, but seem somewhat inconsistent. When I first plugged the T-Drive in, nothing happened, but after flipping the power switch off and on, and unplugging it, and plugging it back in, it finally powered up, and the power light illuminated, and the fan started blowing, and the display reported that it was "Initializing..."
It responded to the Keypad Buttons sometimes, and I was able to access the menu, as shown, but it started "Initializing..." again several times, so I think it is having some problems.
I lack the knowledge and equipment to formally test these items, and they are being sold as-is.
