A complete family of MIL-STD-1750A products in CMOS which execute the MIL-STD-1750A Instruction Set Architecture (ISA).  The family includes the P1750A CPU, the P1750AE Enhanced CPU, the P1753 Memory Management Unit (MMU) and the P1754 Processor Interface Chip (PIC) as well as the P1757ME Multi-Chip Module.  All of these products are in production at Pyramid Semiconductor and are being used in a myriad of Military applications.  Application proven P1750A and P1750AE processors operating at 15, 20, 30, and 40 MHz are being used to enhance the throughput of systems which utilize the immense inventory of qualified software for MIL-STD-1750A.  These devices are offered to Standard Military Drawings.
The P1750A CPU, P1753 MMU, and P1754 PIC products are also offered on
Silicon On Sapphire SOS
technology.  These Radiation Hardened devices are used in launch vehicles and long term satellite applications where Total Dose tolerance and Single Event Upset protection is required.
